Known for his experimental yet assured approach, Kongshaug creates evocative theatrical landscapes. He also lectures at leading cultural institutions worldwide, sharing his expertise in lighting design and visual storytelling.

This year he was awarded anual award for best architectural project ”Aarhus Lighthouse”, as well as the Hotel Pro Forma production ”Flammenwerfer”, winning the prestigeous ”Reumert” award for best stage production.
